Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered member account on the vcs55 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Member's Account, including real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by vcs55 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• "Games" means all casino games, slot machines, sports betting markets, togel (lottery) draws, sabung ayam (cockfighting) betting markets, live dealer tables, poker rooms, and any other wagering products offered on the vcs55 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are approved.
• "Platform" means the vcs55 website accessible at https://vcs55.cam and any associated mobile interfaces.
• "Real-Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Member via an approved payment method and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Services" means all products, features, tools, and content provided by vcs55, including but not limited to gaming, payment processing, and customer support.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be played through before they convert to Real-Money Funds eligible for withdrawal.

2.1 To open and maintain a vcs55 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age enforced by vcs55 regardless of any differing local provisions.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful under applicable local law. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gaming is permitted in your location before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of vcs55 or any of its affiliated entities, or a close family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement with vcs55 or any third-party responsible gaming registry that covers the vcs55 Platform.

2.2 vcs55 primarily serves players located in Indonesia. Indonesian players must be at least 21 years of age and must comply with these Terms. You acknowledge that the legal status of online gambling may be uncertain in Indonesia and that participation is at your own discretion, risk, and legal responsibility.

3.1 Each eligible individual may register only one (1) Account on the vcs55 Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK), residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You undertake to keep this information up to date and to notify vcs55 of any changes promptly.

3.3 vcs55 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. Registrations made using fictitious information, third-party identities, or information that cannot be verified will be declined.

3.4 Account security is your responsibility. You must:

• Select a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

3.5 vcs55 will never request your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any communication purporting to be from vcs55 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4.1 vcs55 is committed to operating a safe, fraud-free platform. As part of this commitment, we require all Members to complete a K YC (Know Your Customer) verification process before their first withdrawal is approved, and at any time we reasonably deem it necessary to verify your identity.

4.2 KYC verification requires you to submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), valid passport, or Indonesian driving licence (SIM).
• Proof of Age: Any of the above documents clearly showing your date of birth confirming you are 21 or older.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, showing your name as the registered account holder. Accepted methods include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, and GoPay.
• Proof of Address (where required): A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the past three months showing your full name and residential address in Indonesia.

4.3 Documents must be submitted in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format. vcs55 reserves the right to request additional documentation if submitted materials are unclear or insufficient to complete verification.

4.4 KYC review is typically completed within 24–48 hours of submission during business hours (WIB, UTC+7). During periods of high demand, processing may take up to 72 hours. You will be notified by email once verification is complete.

4.5 vcs55 may suspend withdrawal processing and place an Account under review at any time if identity verification is outstanding, if submitted documents raise concerns, or if there is a material change in account activity patterns.

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). vcs55 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum single deposit, although individual payment providers may apply their own transfer limits.

Accepted deposit methods include:

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded less any incurred transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account registered in the Member's name. vcs55 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Standard Members: Within 24 hours of KYC-verified request approval.
• Silver VIP and above: Within 12 hours.
• Gold VIP and above: Priority processing within 6 hours.
• Platinum and Diamond VIP: Express processing within 2 hours during operating hours (WIB).

5.3 vcs55 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding Rp 50.000.000 or where unusual account activity is detected.

5.4 vcs55 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which vcs55 accepts no liability.

6.1 vcs55 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

6.2 General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of at least 10x the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility is established. Individual promotions may specify higher requirements — refer to the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Wallet. Real-money funds are wagered first; bonus funds are applied when the real-money balance reaches zero.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the vcs55 Platform.
• Each promotion is available to one Account per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim promotions multiple times via different Accounts constitute bonus abuse.
• vcs55 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus found to have been claimed fraudulently or in breach of promotion terms.

6.3 Specific game contribution rates toward wagering requirements are published in the promotion FAQ. As a general guide, most slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–25%, and sports bets contribute 100% on qualifying markets. Togel wagers typically contribute 50% unless stated otherwise.

7.1 Each game category on the vcs55 Platform operates according to its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface or on the respective game information page. It is your responsibility to read and understand these rules before placing wagers.

7.2 All slot games are powered by certified random number generators (RNG) and are regularly tested by independent auditing bodies. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect the long-term statistical average and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

7.3 Sports betting markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures — are governed by the specific market rules displayed at time of bet placement. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the parlay to settle as a winner.

7.4 In the event of a technical failure during a game or live betting session, bets will be settled based on the last confirmed game state recorded in vcs55's servers. The Company's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 13.

7.5 vcs55 reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome where it determines that a technical error, data feed fault, or human error has led to manifestly incorrect odds or game parameters being offered.

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vcs55 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or using another person's identity to register an Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way, including placing bets, navigating menus, or claiming bonuses.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus terms or pricing errors.
• Colluding with other players in any game — including poker, live dealer games, or any competitive format — to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or KYC requirements.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any financial crime including fraud, tax evasion, or terrorism financing.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vcs55 staff or other Members via any communication channel.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or vulnerability. Any such discovery must be reported to [email protected] immediately. Exploiting known or unknown bugs for financial gain constitutes fraud.

9.1 All content on the vcs55 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive property of vcs55 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content; reverse-engineer any software component; or use vcs55's branding without express written permission.

10.1 vcs55 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described therein.

10.2 Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies solely to the extent necessary for Platform operation and legal compliance.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vcs55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other financial loss.

11.2 vcs55 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or withdraw any game or service at any time without notice.

11.3 vcs55's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant incident.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes vcs55's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or email at [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real-Money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding investigations are pending.

12.2 vcs55 may suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Discovery that the Member does not meet eligibility requirements.
• At the Company's absolute discretion where it determines that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

12.3 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, vcs55 will aim to complete its review within 30 days. Where closure follows confirmed breach, associated balances — including bonus funds and any winnings generated through prohibited conduct — are subject to forfeiture.

13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which vcs55 holds its operating licence.

13.2 In the event of a dispute, Members are encouraged to contact vcs55 Customer Support in the first instance. The support team will aim to resolve complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

13.4 Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

14.1 vcs55 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

14.3 The most current version of these Terms is always available at https://vcs55.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
